Ms. Babita Jha is an accomplished advocate and legal consultant with over 15 years of extensive practice in the legal profession. She completed her LLB from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, in 2011 and subsequently earned an LLM. In addition to her legal expertise, she holds an MA in four different subjects, along with specialized PG Diplomas in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Criminology & Forensic Science.
Since July 2011, Ms. Jha has been practising as an independent and associated advocate across various District Courts, the High Court of Delhi, and Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions. Since 2016, she has been actively practising and associated with the Supreme Court of India. Demonstrating a strong commitment to public service and legal aid, she has served as a panel advocate for prestigious institutions including the DLSA, NLSA (Supreme Court), MCD, and the Senior Citizen Tribunal.
